Everything you need to represent Quiet Wins consistently: the wordmark and the mark, the product lockups that carry “by Quiet Wins”, the palette with hex values, typography, and voice.
The wordmark is “Quiet Wins” set in Source Serif 4, on its own. There is no sub-label. Set it on bone or dusk only: ink on bone, white on dusk. Give it clear space on all sides equal to the cap height of the Q. Don’t restyle, recolor, condense, or add effects to it.
A product carries the parent once, at the top of its page or document: the product name in Source Serif 4 over “BY QUIET WINS” in Libre Franklin semibold caps. What’s Stuck by Quiet Wins. Three Gauges by Quiet Wins. The Staff Analysis by Quiet Wins. The site’s nav and footer say Quiet Wins alone. Use the lockups on the product landing pages, decks, social cards, and on whatsstuck.com and threegauges.com, which send visitors to those pages. Ink on bone, white on dusk. Same clear space as the wordmark.
A Source Serif 4 “Q” in bone with an ember full stop, on a dusk tile. It’s the favicon, the app icon and the avatar for social profiles. Use it where the wordmark won’t fit. Keep the tile’s corners at 22% of its width, and never separate the Q from the dot.
Every file is outlined, so it looks the same without the fonts installed. Both typefaces are free under the SIL Open Font License: Source Serif 4 and Libre Franklin.
The palette is quiet on purpose. Warm paper to write the plan on, one deep dark, one warm accent, and the three gauge readings. Nothing shouts. The only bright thing on a page is the next move.

Bone is the default canvas. Ember is the only button color, so one thing is lit on a page. Teal carries eyebrows and labels. Wine, ember, and sprout are the three gauge readings: red, yellow, green. Never decoration.
Write the way an owner talks. Short sentences. Fifth-grade words. No jargon. No em dashes. No 80-slide-deck language.
Name the real problem, plainly. We talk about roles and structure. Never a verdict on a named person.
Each move is rated by why it matters and how big the problem is. We never invent numbers. Confidence over hype, always.
We never promise a transformation. We promise the next small move, and that they add up. No exclamation marks. Never “unlock”, “supercharge”, “transform”, “game-changing”, or “level up”. The win is a company that runs without you.

Eight questions. A red, yellow, or green on People, Structure, and Systems. And the one thing to fix first.
